摘 要:在电气化铁路中,列车牵引时耗费电能大,其中牵引变压器的电能损耗不可忽视。为节约电能,根据相关规范要求,结合实际运用需求,提出卷铁心牵引变压器设计要求。采用卷铁心技术,开展牵引变压器结构技术设计和电气技术设计,进行型式试验和特殊试验,并在现场试用。试用结果表明,卷铁心牵引变压器的空载损耗比、噪音、突发短路阻抗优于标准中规定的技术指标,满足设计要求。The train traction consumes a large amount of electrical energy during the train running on the electrified railway,and the electrical energy loss of traction transformers cannot be ignored.In order to save the electrical energy,with conforming to the requirements of relative specification and with connection to the practical application,design requirements for coil core traction transformer are put forward.By application of coil core technology,structural design and electrical design of the traction transformer have been conducted,type test and special test have been conducted and it has been put into service on site.The trial results show that parameters of the no-load loss ratio,noise and sudden short circuit impedance are superior to the those specified in relative standard and conform to the design requirements.
