摘 要:妊娠期高血压是母婴发病率和死亡率高的主要原因之一,预防妊娠期高血压严重并发症具有十分重要的意义。甲基多巴是一种自1960年以来一直用于治疗妊娠期高血压的药物,虽然有人认为甲基多巴可以降低血压,但也有人担心这种药物可能会引起不良反应。此综述的目的是确定甲基多巴降低妊高症患者血压的程度、临床疗效以及不良反应情况,为今后临床应用提供参考。Hypertension during pregnancy is one of the main causes of maternal and infant incidence rate and mortality.It is of great significance to prevent serious complications of hypertension during pregnancy.Methyldopa is a drug that has been used to treat hypertension during pregnancy since 1960.Although some people think that methyldopa can reduce blood pressure,others worry that this drug may cause adverse reactions.The purpose of this review is to determine the degree of blood pressure reduction,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of methyldopa in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,and to provide reference for future clinical application.
