摘　　要：目的探讨富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗创面植皮术后皮片的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月-2021年4月笔者科室收治的40例创面植皮患者为研究对象,按照数字随机方式分为治疗组与对照组,每组各20例,其中,治疗组采用创面植皮联合PRP注射的治疗方式,对照组采用创面植皮联合注射生理盐水的治疗方式。比较两组患者术后的皮片颜色、瘢痕VSS评分、局部凹陷变化、患者满意度以及不良反应等指标。结果两组患者术后创面的皮片均存活且痊愈出院。其中,与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者术后创面的凹陷度较小,满意度较高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组瘢痕VSS评分和创面皮片颜色相似,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后12d皮片坏死、感染和水疱等不良反应均存在显著差异,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论创面植皮联合PRP注射的治疗方式能促进创面组织生长,降低创面凹陷程度,提高创面治疗的满意率,且不良反应小,具有重要的临床意义,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of skin grafts after skin grafting.Methods 40 patients with wound skin grafting admitted by the author's department from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with wound skin grafting combined with PRP injection,and the control group was treated with wound skin grafting combined with physiological saline injection.The skin color,scar VSS score,local depression changes,patient satisfaction and other indicators,as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The skin grafts of the two groups of patients survived and recovered.Among them,compared with the control group,the patients in the treatment group had a smaller depression and higher satisfaction after operation,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in scar VSS score and wound skin color(P>0.05);there were significant differences in skin necrosis,infection,blisters and other adverse reactions between the two groups 12 days after operation,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of skin grafting combined with PRP injection can promote the growth of wound tissue,reduce the degree of wound depression,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction rate of wound treatment,which has important clinical significance and is worthy of clinical promotion.
