美无痕医用胶处理甲状腺切口与传统缝合法效果的对比应用

摘　　要：目的观察甲状腺手术中应用美无痕医用胶对颈部切口的预后影响。方法选取2020年9月-2022年10月期间徐州医科大学附属医院收治的104例甲状腺手术患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将全部患者分成两个组进行临床观察,每组52例。试验组术中应用美无痕医用胶对颈部切口进行处理,对照组应用临床外科常用的缝合法,比较两组颈部切口的预后情况。观察指标包括:切口缝合所用时间、术后疼痛评分、切口愈合情况(愈合分级、外观美容分级、瘢痕)。结果与对照组相比,试验组的术中切口缝合时间更短,术后切口愈合情况更佳,试验组的术后切口愈合时间、术后疼痛评分、切口皮缘对合方面均优于对照组,切口瘢痕较对照组少(均P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术中应用美无痕医用胶处理颈部手术切口是安全可行的,其对于颈部切口的美观度影响较小。Objective To observe the effect of medical glue on the prognosis of neck incision in thyroid surgery.Methods From September 2020 to October 2022,104 patients with thyroid surgery were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University.According to the method of random number table,all patients were divided into 2 groups for clinical observation,with 52 cases in each group.In the experimental group,the neck incision was treated with medical glue during operation.The control group was treated with sutures commonly used in clinical surgery.The prognosis of cervical incision in the two groups was compared.The observation indexes included the time of incision suture,postoperative pain score,incision healing(healing grade,cosmetic grade,scar).Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had shorter incision suturing time during operation and better incision healing after operation.The experimental group had better incision healing time,postoperative pain score,and incision edge alignment than the control group,and the incision scar was less than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and feasible to use medical glue to treat the neck incision in thyroid surgery,and it has little influence on the beauty of the neck incision.
