多元化科普健康教育对慢阻肺患者使用噻托溴铵吸入剂依从性的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析多元化科普健康教育对慢阻肺患者使用噻托溴铵吸入剂依从性的影响。方法将新疆医科大学第五附属医院2021年7月-2022年7月收治的75例慢阻肺患者按随机排列表法分为对照组(n=37,进行常规健康教育)与实验组(n=38,进行多元化科普健康教育),比较两组患者的依从性和相关健康知识掌握程度。结果实验组、对照组患者的治疗依从率分别是:94.74%、75.68%,实验组患者的治疗依从率远高于对照组,P<0.05;接受教育前,两组患者对慢阻肺相关知识、吸入剂的药物作用、使用方法、使用疗程以及存储方法等五个维度的健康知识的认知水平无明显差异,P>0.05;接受教育后,实验组患者对这五个维度的健康知识的认知水平均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对使用噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗的慢阻肺患者开展多元化科普健康教育,有助于提升患者吸入治疗的依从性,改善患者多个方面的健康知识掌握程度,保证吸入治疗的顺利进行,适合广泛应用。Objective To analyze the effect of diversified popular science health education on the compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)using Tiotropium inhalers.Methods 75 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=37)and experimental group(n=38),the compliance and the mastery of related health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the experimental group and the control group were 94.36%and 75.83%respectively.The treatment compliance rate of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in the cognition level of the five dimensions of COPD related knowledge,drug effect of inhalant,method of use,course of treatment and method of storage(P>0.05);after receiving education,the cognition level of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to enhance the compliance of patients with Tiotropium inhalation therapy and improve the mastery of health knowledge in various aspects by carrying out diversified popular science health education for patients with COPD who are treated with inhalant,to ensure the smooth progress of inhalation therapy,suitable for a wide range of applications.
