多学科护理协作模式在口服除莠剂中毒自杀患者中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究针对口服除莠剂中毒自杀患者应用多学科护理协作模式的有利价值。方法从2018年9月-2022年9月期间于天津市泰达医院就诊的口服除莠剂中毒自杀患者中抽选36例进行分组对照研究。其中对照组18例采取常规护理模式,实验组18例采取多学科护理协作模式。通过对比两组患者治疗配合度、抢救用时、护理人员专业知识评分、患者心理状态评分、患者器官衰竭发生率以及患者死亡率分析多学科护理协作模式的应用价值。结果实验组患者治疗配合度、护理人员专业知识评分高于对照组,且器官衰竭发生率以及死亡率更低,抢救用时更短、患者心理状态更优。结论多学科护理协作模式能够显著提升口服除莠剂中毒自杀患者的整体护理质量,患者治疗配合度更高、器官衰竭发生率更低、心理状态更好、抢救用时更短,护理人员专业知识水平得到更好的提升,临床应用价值较高。Objective To study the beneficial value of multidisciplinary nursing cooperation model for suicide patients with oral rust remover poisoning.Methods From September 2018 to September 2022,36 suicide patients with oral herbicides poisoning were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=18)was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group(n=18)was given multidisciplinary nursing care.By comparing the two groups of patients with the degree of cooperation in treatment,rescue time,nurses professional knowledge score,patient psychological status score,the incidence of organ failure and patient mortality analysis of the application of multidisciplinary nursing cooperation model.Results The degree of cooperation in treatment and the scores of professional knowledge of nursing staff in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of organ failure and mortality were lower,the time of rescue was shorter and the psychological state of patients was better in the experimental group than in the control group.Conclusion Multidisciplinary nursing cooperation model can significantly improve the overall quality of care for suicide patients with oral herbicides poisoning,patients with higher degree of cooperation in treatment,lower incidence of organ failure,better psychological status,shorter rescue time,nurses have a better level of professional knowledge,higher clinical application value.
