“×”型孔水胶体敷料预防新生儿NCPAP鼻部损伤的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨“×”型孔水胶体敷料在预防新生儿经鼻持续正压通气(NCPAP)鼻部损伤中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2022年10月兴国县人民医院收治的接受NCPAP治疗的新生儿98例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组49例。对照组贴圆孔型水胶体敷料进行鼻塞式固定,观察组贴“×”型孔水胶体敷料后再进行鼻塞式固定,比较两组鼻部损伤发生情况、患儿舒适度和家属对护理方式满意度。结果观察组鼻部损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度中服务态度、安全性、舒适性、使用效果评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿NCPAP中采取“×”型孔水胶体敷料,可预防鼻部损伤发生,增加患儿舒适度,对于疾病治疗和康复具有积极意义,从而促进家属满意度提升。Objective Discussion the application effect of"×"Shaped pore hydrocolloid dressing in prevention of nasal injury of neonates with continuous positive nasal pressure ventilation(NCPAP).Methods 98 neonates treated with NCPAP from January 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,49 in each group.The control group applied round hole hydrocolloid dressing for nasal plug fixation,and the observation group applied"×"pore hydrogel dressing before nasal plug fixation.The occurrence of nasal injury,the comfort of children and the satisfaction of family members with nursing methods were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nasal injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,safety,comfort and use effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In neonatal NCPAP,the"×"shaped pore hydrocolloid dressing can prevent the occurrence of nasal injury,increase the comfort of children,and has positive significance for disease treatment and rehabilitation,thus promoting the satisfaction of family members.
