摘　　要：本文构建了基于全景架构的智能变电站二次设备监测系统,该系统在IEC61850规约模型的基础上实现继电保护二次回路的在线展示,具有可视化运行及防误预警等主要功能。全景系统能够实现二次回路状态在线监视、断链异常告警、缺陷智能诊断,并在检修时提供安全检修策略,为智能变电站复杂工况提供多维度了信息支撑、决策及安全操作依据。In this paper,an intelligent substation secondary system based on panoramic architecture is constructed.The system realizes the online display of the secondary circuit of relay protection on the basis of the IEC61850 protocol model,and has the main functions of visual operation and anti-error warning.The panoramic system can realize on-line monitoring of secondary circuit status,alarm of abnormal link disconnection,intelligent diagnosis of defects,and provide safety maintenance strategies during maintenance.It provides multi-dimensional information support,decision-making and safe operation basis for the complex working conditions of smart substations。
