摘  要:直埋热水管道与土体的相互作用是影响管道应力分析和安全评价的重要因素。简述了管土相互作用的机理和常用的管土作用应用模型,重点介绍了管土模型中土弹簧参数的确定方法。以常见的埋地热水管道DN500~DN1400为例,回填材料为中砂,对3种管土模型土弹簧参数进行了对比分析。结果表明:ALA模型与CJJ/T 81-2013模型的计算结果更为接近,同时ALA模型有更为完善的土弹簧参数计算方法,使用该模型作为管道应力分析的边界条件时,计算结果更具有说服力,因此,在直埋热水管道应力分析中建议选用ALA模型。The interaction between directly buried heating water pipeline and soil mass is a crucial factor affecting pipeline stress analysis and safety evaluation.In this paper,the mechanism of tube-soil interaction and the common application model of pipe-soil interaction are briefly introduced,and the determination method of soil spring parameters in pipe-soil model is emphasized.Taking the common buried geothermal water pipe DN500~DN1400 as an example,the backfill material is medium sand,and the soil spring parameters of three kinds of pipe soil models are compared and analyzed.The results show that the calculation results of the ALA model are closer to those of the CJJ/T 81-2013 model,and the ALA model has a more perfect calculation method of soil spring parameters.The calculation results of the ALA model are more convincing when using this model as the boundary conditions of pipeline stress analysis.Therefore,it is recommended to choose the ALA model in the stress analysis of directly buried heating water pipeline.
