摘　　要：粮食安全是“国之大者”,共同富裕是“国之大政”,协同推进粮食安全与共同富裕是新时代新征程党和政府的使命任务。选取2005—2020年中国省级面板数据实证检验了粮食生产与城乡收入差距的关系及作用机制,结果表明:种植结构趋粮化及扩大粮食生产加剧了城乡收入差距,粮食生产通过增强产业结构偏离度扩大了城乡收入差距,相较于粮食主产区,扩大粮食生产对城乡收入差距的影响在非粮食主产区更为显著。扩大财政支出规模、加大财政支农力度以及增加农业技术投入和推广应用有助于缩小粮食生产导致的城乡收入差距。建立粮食生产区域间横向补偿机制、发展粮食产业新业态、持续加大财政以及新型农村农业社会化服务体系建设支持力度是协同推进粮食生产与缩小城乡收入差距的主要措施。Food security is the“greatness of the country”and common prosperity is the“greatness of the country”.It is the mission of the Party and the government to promote food security and common prosperity in a new era and a new journey.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2005 to 2020,this paper applied the panel data regression model to examine the effect of grain production on the urban-rural income gap and its influence mechanism.The results showed that the trend of grain planting structure and the expansion of grain production have exacerbated the urban-rural income gap.Grain production expands the urban-rural income gap by enhancing the deviation degree of industrial structure.Compared to the main grain producing areas,the impact of expanding grain production on the urban-rural income gap is more significant in non-grain producing areas.Expanding the scale of fiscal expenditure,increasing fiscal support for agriculture,and increasing investment and promotion of agricultural technology can help narrow the urban-rural income gap caused by food production.Establishing a horizontal compensation mechanism between grain production regions,developing new forms of grain industry,continuously increasing financial support,and building a new rural agricultural socialized service system are the main measures to synergistically promote grain production and narrow the urban-rural income gap.
