摘　　要：“霍普杯”是2012年发起的一个竞赛,UIA国际建协作为国际主办,由天津大学建筑学院和《城市环境设计》(UED)杂志社主办。这个竞赛自发起之初定了一个主题叫作演变中的建筑,其实是想以建筑师的视角来回应这个时代和社会变迁当中出现的一些问题,直击它的时代的命题,同时每年又请一位著名的国际建筑大师作为主席,作为竞赛的出题人,我们是想搭建整个建筑学的交流平台,能够让建筑学的学生思考现在的生活时代发展的一些问题,我们当下尤其是2022年,我们大家可能深处其中,感觉瞬息万变,因为我们的时代发展非常迅速。The"UIA-HYP Cup"is a competition launched in 2012.The UIA works as the in ter natio nal sponsor,while in China,it is sponsored by the School of Architecture of Tianjin University and the Urban Environment Design(UED)magazine.At the beginning of the competition,the theme of architecture in transformation was set up.In fact,we want to respond to some problems arising from the era and social changes from the perspective of architects,and directly face the proposition of the era.At the same time,we also in vite a famous inter national architect as the chairma nevery year.As the question-setter of the competition,we want to build an exchange platform for all from the area of architecture.
