摘 要:火灾现已成为船舶安全的主要威胁,因此以机舱为代表的顶部开口舱室火灾具有重要研究价值.但前人缺少对火源贴壁情况下舱室内火灾烟气温度的相关研究.本文通过分析火源贴壁情况下舱室内传热过程,构建火源贴壁时顶部开口舱室火灾烟气温度预测模型,并利用数值模拟进行验证.研究表明,贴壁火源与壁面间的热传导对于舱室内温度有明显影响,考虑了火焰与壁面热传导项的舱室温度预测模型能较为准确地预测火源贴壁时舱室内烟气温度,误差基本可以控制在30%内.Fire has become a major threat to the safety of ships,therefore,the fire in the compartment with hori-zontal opening represented by engine room is of great research value.However,there is a lack of relevant research on the heat transfer in the compartment and the average smoke temperature under the condition of wall fire source.In this work,the heat transfer process of wall fire in the compartment was analyzed.The wall fire induced smoke temperature prediction model inside the compartment with horizontal opening was established and verified with the numerical simulation results.Results showed that the heat conduction between the fire source and the wall had a significant effect on the smoke temperature inside the compartment.The smoke temperature prediction model con-sidering the heat conduction between the flame and the wall could accurately predict the wall fire smoke tempera-ture in the compartment,with the error basically controlled within 30%.
