摘  要:铁路信号安全型继电器作为铁路信号设备关键器材,运行的可靠性和安全性是保证信号系统正常工作的必要条件。20世纪60年代我国成功研制AX系列继电器,在铁路信号自动控制领域发挥了巨大作用,但在使用过程中也暴露出一些问题。针对安全型继电器接点强制引导、接点回跳时间等关键技术问题,通过产品结构设计、理论计算、仿真验证、制造工艺、样机测试等多方面改进研究,样机测试结果表明设计方案合理可靠,为安全型继电器技术提升奠定了基础。Railway signal safety type relay is a key kind of railway signal equipment,and its operation reliability and safety are necessary conditions to ensure the normal operation of the signaling system.In the 1960s,China successfully developed AX series relays,which played a great role in the field of railway signal automatic control,but some problems also showed themselves in the process of use.In view of the key technical problems such as forced contact guidance and contact bounce time of safety type relay,through product structure design,theoretical calculation,simulation verification,manufacturing process research,prototype test and other aspects of improvement research,the results of prototype test show that the design scheme is reasonable and reliable,which lays a foundation for the technology improvement of safety type relay.
