摘  要:高校始终将提升大学生就业质量摆在突出位置。调研发现,当前大学生就业态势主要体现为学生就业期望、主流就业市场、主要求职形式方面的“三个转向”。与此同时,在提升大学生就业质量的过程中仍存在“四大矛盾”,包括市场中岗位需求减少与求职人数增加的矛盾、高校虚高就业与落实要求的矛盾、教师粗泛指导与精准指导的矛盾、学生价值观偏差与理性认知的矛盾。为此,高校需着重把握“五个结合”,即结合国家政策导向、社会发展需要、教师胜任能力、学生实践素养、岗位招聘要求,以实现大学生高质量就业的目标。Colleges and universities always put improving the quality of employment for college students at a very prominent position.Research has found that the current employment situation of college students is mainly reflected from the“three turns”as the student employment expectations,mainstream employment market,and main job search forms.At the same time,there are still“four major contradictions”in the process of improving the employment quality of college students,which include the contradiction between reduced job demand in the market and an increase in job seekers,the contradiction between inflated employment in universities and the implementation of requirements,the contradiction between rough and precise guidance from teachers,and the contradiction between deviation in students’values and rational cognition.Therefore,colleges and universities need to focus on grasping the“five combinations”,which are,combining national policy guidance,social development needs,teachers’competence,students’practical literacy,and job recruitment requirements,in order to achieve the goal of high-quality employment for college students.
