摘　　要：在全面深入推进“新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科”建设(简称“四新”建设)的背景下,高校创新创业教育在多学科跨专业融合、实践教学建设、人才培养模式改革等方面具有突出的优势,是“四新”建设必不可少的重要环节。从创新创业文化氛围激发、教育课程体系构建、实践教学平台搭建、师生队伍建设、党建融合引领等方面出发,对高校创新人才培养体系和创新创业教育工作路径进行研究,对深化“四新”建设,走好创新人才自主培养之路具有积极的探索意义。Under the background of comprehensively and deeply promoting the construction of“new engineering,new medical,new agricultural and new liberal arts”,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has outstanding advantages in interdisciplinary integration,practical teaching construction,talent training mode reform,etc.,which is an indispensable part of the“four new”construction.Starting from the aspects of inspiring the cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,establishing the education curriculum system,building the practice teaching platform,forming the team of teachers and students,and leading the integration of party constructing,the paper studies the innovation talent training system and the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,which is an active exploration to deepen the construction of“Four new”and take the road of independent training of innovative talents.
