成渝地区双城经济圈高校创新创业教育发展探析

摘　　要：成渝地区双城经济圈的经济发展水平在我国西部地区首屈一指,成为继京津冀、长三角和粤港澳大湾区之后的第四增长极指日可待。虽然它拥有得天独厚的地理位置,但是经济实力仍旧略逊一筹。基于创新创业与社会经济发展之间的关系,提升成渝地区双城经济圈高校创新创业教育质量,可以助力成渝地区双城经济圈的经济发展。成渝地区双城经济圈内虽然有成都与重庆两市经济相对发达,但是辖区内高校的创新与创业教育规模总体不大、教育资源分布不均、发展的动力不足。欲推动成渝地区双城经济圈内高校创新创业教育的发展,在思想上需突破地区行政划分的区隔,树立整体发展的观念;在实践上优化创新创业教育链以激发区域发展的内生动力,加强国内外合作交流以增强外部推力;优化利益协调机制,探索多级化考核路径。The economic development level of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is outstanding in the western regions in China,and will become the fourth growth pole after the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Its geographical location is excellent,but the economic strength is still insufficient.Based on the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship and economic development,improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education of universities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle can promote the economic development of this economic circle.Although Chengdu and Chongqing are two cities with relatively advanced economy in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,there are problems such as the relatively small scale of innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities,the uneven distribution of educational resources,and the insufficient development motivation within this circle.In order to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,we should break through the separation of regional administrative divisions and establish integral development notion in terms of thoughts;in terms of practice,we should improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education chain to stimulate endogenous power,and strengthen national and international cooperation to enhance external thrust;as for the mechanism,we should optimize the interest coordination mechanism and create a diversified and multi-level assessment mechanism.
