摘　　要：学位论文质量直接体现了研究生的培养质量。以中南大学材料科学与工程学院为例,系统介绍研究生学位论文质量保障体系的构建与改进成效。从研究生培养环节的思政教育、学位授予标准修订、学位论文预审体系构建和学位论文督导模式构建等四个方面开展综合改革与实践,在中南大学的“学校—学院—学科方向—导师—学生”五位一体的研究生培养教育体系基础上,构建了一套以“课题组—学科方向—学院”为基本结构的学院级研究生学位论文质量保障体系。通过引入学科方向督导机制,对研究生学位论文实施严格预审,对双盲评审结果不佳论文进行精准指导。改革实施三年,取得明显成效,为工科类研究生学位论文质量的督查督导提供了参考模式。The quality of academic thesis directly reflects the quality of graduate education.Taking the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Central South University as an example,this paper systematically introduces the construction and improvement effect of the quality assurance system of graduate degree theses.We have carried out comprehensive reform and practice from four aspects as ideological and political education in the graduate training process,revision of degree awarding standards,construction of thesis preliminary examination system and construction of thesis supervision mode.Based on the five-in-one graduate training education system of Central South University of“university-school-discipline-supervisor-student”,we have constructed a set of quality assurance system for graduate degree theses of college level as“project group-discipline-school”.Through the introduction of a disciplinary supervision mechanism,strict preliminary examination is conducted for graduate thesis,and precise guidance is provided for the theses with lower evaluation.The reform has been implemented for three years,which has achieved obvious results,providing a reference model for the supervision and instruction of engineering graduate degree theses.
