摘　　要：目的护士长人性化管理对提高护理质量的作用探讨。方法选取郑州大学第五附属医院2020年10月—2022年10月期间任职的50名护士为研究对象,2020年10月—2021年9月期间实施常规管理模式,2021年10月—2022年10月期间实施护士长人性化管理,比较护士长人性化管理实施前后的护理质量、投诉纠纷与满意度。结果经护士长人性化管理实施后,护理人员在沟通能力、职业素质、技术操作、护理文书方面的护理质量评分均有明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化管理实施后,投诉纠纷率(2%)及满意度(98%)优于管理前(10%、90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士长人性化管理的应用可使护理质量得到提升,有较高的应用价值。Objective To discuss the role of head nurse humanized management in improving nursing quality.Methods A total of 50 nurses who served in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The routine management mode was implemented from October 2020 to September 2021,and the humanized management of head nurses was implemented from October 2021 to October 2022.The nursing quality,complaint disputes and satisfaction before and after the implementation of humanized man-agement of head nurses were compared.Results After the implementation of humanized management by head nurses,the nursing quality scores of nursing staff in communication ability,professional quality,technical operation and nursing documents were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of humanized management,the complaint dispute rate(2%)and satisfaction(98%)were better than those before management(10%,90%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of head nurse′s humanized management can improve the quality of nursing care and has high application value.
