三级公立医院高质量发展背景下的急危重症孕产妇救治探讨

摘　　要：急危重症孕产妇的救治是医疗卫生领域中一项重要的工作,也是考验医疗卫生服务水平的重要指标之一。为了更好地救治高危孕产妇,各级医院纷纷建立了危重孕产妇救治中心。三级公立医院在急危重症孕产妇救治中发挥着重要作用,具有较为显著的优势,包括建立科学规范的救治流程、加强多学科协作与团队建设、强化安全保障和风险控制、推进信息化建设和技术创新等方面。这项工作对推动三级公立医院高质量发展意义重大。三级公立医院的急危重症孕产妇救治质量控制,包括急危重症孕产妇救治的质量控制体系、质量控制的指标和方法、质量控制的实施和效果评价等方面。The treatment of critically ill pregnant women is an important task in the medical and health field,and it is also one of the important indicators to test the level of medical and health services.In order to better treat high-risk pregnant women,hospitals at all levels have established treatment centers for critically ill pregnant women.Tertiary public hospitals play an important role in the treatment of critically ill pregnant women and have significant advantages,including establishing a scientific and standardized treatment process,strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration and team building,strengthening safety assurance and risk control,and promoting information construction and technological innovation.This work is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of tertiary public hospitals.The quality control of emergency and critically ill pregnant women in tertiary public hospitals includes the quality control system,quality control indicators and methods,quality control implementation and effect evaluation of emergency and critically ill pregnant women.
