分层护理管理措施对护理质量与护士心理素质的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分层护理管理措施对护理质量与护士心理素质的影响及其应用价值。方法抽取2021年7月—2022年7月宜章县人民医院护理人员作为研究对象,实施编号,1~50号,共50名,分为对照组(1~25号)、研究组(26~50号)。研究组(n=25,分层护理管理)、对照组(n=25,常规护理管理)。结果对照组工作压力评分高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理工作质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组心理素质评分低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对自身工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层护理管理实施后,护理工作质量得到提升、护理人员心理素质、自身工作满意情况高、工作压力降低。Objective To study the application value of stratified nursing management measures in the study of the impact of nursing quality and nurses′psychological quality.Methods A total of 50 nursing staff from Yizhang County People′s Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research subjects,with implementation numbers ranging from 1 to 50.They were divided into a control group(numbers 1 to 25)and a research group(numbers 26 to 50).The research group(n=25,stratified nursing management)and the control group(n=25,routine nursing management).Results The work stress score of the control group was higher than that of the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of nursing work in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological quality score of the control group was lower than that of the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group showed higher job satisfaction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of hierarchical nursing management,the quality of nursing work has been improved,the psychological quality of nursing staff has been improved,their job satisfaction has been high,and work pressure has been reduced.
