摘　　要：目的分析广州市传染病患者定点收治医院的保洁人员职业暴露风险情况及对策。方法选取2021年8—12月广州市传染病患者定点收治医院病区31名保洁人员,利用院感监测系统对传染病定点收治医院保洁人员相关工作,包括防护用品穿戴及脱卸流程和日常清洁消毒等操作进行监测,对相关监测数据进行统计分析。结果保洁人员共31人,各操作总计1236例次,本案例统计发现操作失误总计63例次,总体失误率为5.10%,人均失误率为32.26%;最常见的3种操作失误是收医疗废物后无手卫生拿用物品、物表清洁消毒不到位和配置含氯消毒液无监测浓度。结论在传染病患者定点收治医院病区中,在保洁人员的相关操作中发现的各种失误情况对于院感防控工作存在一定的风险,需要加强保洁人员相关知识培训,制订相应的整改方案,避免职业暴露风险的发生。Objective To analyze the risk situation of occupational exposure and countermeasures of cleaning staff in designated admission hospitals for patients with infectious diseases in Guangzhou.Methods 31 housekeeping staff in wards of hospitals designated for the admission of patients with infectious diseases in Guangzhou from August to December 2021 were selected.The monitoring system was used to monitor the work of the cleaning staff in the hospital with infectious diseases,including the process of putting on and taking off protective equipment and the daily cleaning and disinfection operations.The monitoring data was carried out.Results There were 31 cleaning staff members and a total of 1236 operations.63 operational errors were found in this case,with an overall error rate of 5.10%and a per capita error rate of 32.26%.The three most common operational errors were the lack of hand hygiene after receiving medical waste,inadequate cleaning and disinfection of the material table,and configuration of chlorinated disinfectant without monitoring the concentration.Conclusion In the hospital wards designated for the admission of patients with infectious diseases,the various failure situations found in the relevant operations of the cleaning staff are risky for the prevention and control of hospital-acquired diseases,and it is necessary to strengthen the training of the relevant knowledge of the cleaning staff and develop corresponding rectification plans to avoid the occurrence of occupational exposure risks.
