品管圈活动在手术室器械管理质量提升中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈活动在手术室器械管理质量提升中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院的手术室人员30名为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年6月期间在手术室执行常规护理管理措施,2021年7月—2022年12月期间在手术室执行品管圈护理管理,并入选管理前后的1000份手术室器械包,分析不同管理方式下手术室器械管理质量。结果品管圈活动下,器械包清洗合格率及包装合格率均达到了100.00%,和常规管理相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和常规管理相比,品管圈活动下,器械清点准确性、摆放合格、调配效率、回收效率及设备运行质量评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经统计,在品管圈活动中,仅出现1例器械运行不良,无其余工作差错,发生率均低于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可显著提升手术室器械管理质量,确保器械的供应质量,改善供应效率,减少了管理差错,为手术的进行提供了可靠的保障。Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activities in the quality improvement of operating room instrument management.Methods Thirty operating room personnel of Shandong Health Care Group Laiwu Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.They performed routine nursing management measures in the operating room from January 2020 to June 2021,and quality control circle nursing mangement in the operating room from July 2021 to December 2022.1000 operating room instrument sets before and after management were selected to analyze the quality of operating room instrument management under different management modes.Results Under the quality control circle activity,the qualified rate of equipment package cleaning and packaging reached 100.00%,compared with the conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with conventional management,under quality control circle activities,the scores of equipment counting accuracy,qualified placement,allocation efficiency,recovery efficiency and equipment operation quality were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to statistics,in the quality control circle activities,there was only 1 case of poor operation of instruments,and no other work errors,the incidence was lower than that of conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activity can significantly improve the quality of instrument management in the operating room,ensure the quality of instrument supply,improve the supply efficiency,reduce the management errors,and provide a reliable guarantee for the performance of this surgery.
