摘  要:新冠疫情暴发以来,旅游行业协会在疫情防护、员工培训以及政策呼吁等方面为旅游企业做出了突出贡献。为了进一步提升行业协会服务品质,从旅游企业满意度视角出发,基于ACSI模型构建旅游行业协会满意度模型(TIASI),选取湖南省内的旅游行业协会会员企业为调研对象,依据结构方程计算满意度指数。研究发现:感知质量和感知价值显著影响企业满意度,企业期望通过感知质量和感知价值间接影响企业满意度;企业满意度正向促进协会形象提升,增强企业信任;感知质量对企业满意的路径系数最大为0.578,满意度指数得分中企业期望、协会形象以及企业信任得分均超过80分。Since the outbreak of COVID-19,travel industry associations have made outstanding contributions to travel companies in epidemic prevention,staff training and policy advocacy.In order to further improve the service quality of industry associations,from the perspective of the satisfaction of tourism enterprises,this paper constructs the satisfaction model of tourism industry associations(TIASI)based on the ACSI model,selects the member enterprises of tourism industry associations in Hunan province as the research objects,and calculates the satisfaction index according to the structural equation.The findings are as follows:Perceived quality and perceived value significantly affect enterprise satisfaction,and enterprises expect to indirectly affect enterprise satisfaction through perceived quality and perceived value;Enterprise satisfaction will positively promote the image of the association and enhance enterprise trust;The maximum path coefficient of perceived quality to enterprise satisfaction is 0.578,and the scores of enterprise expectation,association image and enterprise trust in the satisfaction index are all over 80.In this paper,we have deepened the theory associated with the satisfaction assessment of travel industry associations and provided relevant recommendations for improving the quality of their services.
