基于学生能力培养的地方商科院校研究型案例式教学及实施路径

摘　　要：从对地方商科院校采用研究型案例式教学的必要性出发,在课堂内外对知识的难点和重点,适当采用案例式教学方法,通过学科竞赛、参与教师课题等方式实施研究型教学,分析地方商科院校研究型案例式教学模式及实施路径。基于学生能力培养,以《计量经济学》为例,从教学大纲设计、课题库和案例数据库建设、高素质教师队伍建设、课堂与课后组织和实施四个角度规划地方商科院校研究型案例式教学实施路径,并从课程考核方式、课时计算方法、教学评价体系三方面提出相应对策。This paper introduces the necessity of adopting the research-based case teaching method in local business colleges.From the perspective of extracurricular activities,it is appropriate to adopt case teaching in view of knowledge difficulties and priorities,and implement research-based teaching method through discipline competitions,participation in teacher topics,etc.The research-based case teaching method in local commercial colleges was constructed.Based on the cultivation of students'ability and taking Econometrics as an example,this paper constructs the research-based case teaching implementation path in local business colleges from four perspectives:the design of research-based case teaching syllabus,the construction of project library and case database,the construction of high-quality teachers,the organization and implementation in class and after class.In the end,suggestions are put forward from three aspects.
