摘 要:对300M钢进行不同搭接率的激光喷丸处理,借助扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪及三维表面形貌仪等研究了不同激光喷丸搭接率下300M钢组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明:激光喷丸使300M钢表层形成了梯度纳米结构,表层针状回火马氏体破碎形成纳米晶,局部区域产生非晶化转变,亚表层组织产生一定塑性变形,形成大量的位错及孪晶等晶体缺陷,芯部仍保留着针状回火马氏体结构。由于激光光斑能量固有的空间高斯分布特征,300M钢表面发生物质流动形成冲击凹坑,并产生大量的表面微裂纹。随搭接率的增加,激光喷丸300M钢的表面粗糙度降低,表层强化区域增加,表层晶粒尺寸减小。激光喷丸处理提高了300M钢的强度和塑性,且表层断口形貌特征向韧-脆混合型断裂转变。The 300M steel was carried out to laser shock peening with different lap rate.And the microstructure and properties of it was studied by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and 3D surface topography instrument and other equipment.The results show that the gradient nanostructure of 300M steel surface is formed by laser shock peening.The surface acicular tempered martensite is broken to form nanocrystals,and even local amorphous.A large number of crystal defects such as dislocation and twins are formed in the subsurface microstructure due to plastic deformation.The core still retains the acicular tempered martensite structure.Due to the inherent spatial Gaussian distribution of laser spot energy,the surface of 300M steel produces material flow with impact pits,and produces a large number of microcracks.With the increase of lap rate,the surface roughness of 300M laser shock peening steel decreases,the surface strengthening area increases and the surface grain size decreases.Laser shock peening improves the strength and plasticity of 300M steel,and the surface fracture morphology transforms to ductile-brittle mixed fracture.
