摘 要:为了提高Y形管无阀压电泵的流量,基于三叉树的结构特征提出了一种三叉四通管无阀压电泵。模拟分析了三叉四通管的速度流线图,对比了该流管与Y形管的阻力特性,制作了2种流管的泵样机,进行了流量和压力差试验。研究结果表明:流体在三叉四通管中正、反向流动时均没有产生明显的旋涡,三叉四通管无阀压电泵的效率比Y形管无阀压电泵提高了22.69%。在220 V驱动电压下,三叉四通管无阀压电泵的最大流量为7.41 g/min,比Y形管无阀压电泵提升了21.47%;三叉四通管无阀压电泵的最大压力差为421 Pa,比Y形管无阀压电泵高出了79.17%。To improve the flow rate of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with Y-shape pipe,a valve-less piezoelectric pump with four-way pipe was proposed based on the structural characteristics of trident tree.The velocity streamline diagram of four-way pipe was simulated.The resistance characteristics of this pipe and the Y-shape pipe were compared.The pump prototypes for both pipes were made,and the flow rate and pressure difference tests were conducted.The results show that there is no obvious vortex when the fluid flows though the four-way pipe in the forward and reverse directions,and the efficiency of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with four-way pipe is 22.69% higher than that of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with Y-shape.At a driving voltage of 220 V,the maximum flow rate of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with four-way pipe is 7.41 g/min,which is 21.47% higher than that of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with Y-shape pipe.The maximum pressure difference of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with four-way pipe is 421 Pa,which is 79.17% higher than that of valve-less piezoelectric pump with Y-shaped pipe.
