摘 要:用多巴胺对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)进行表面修饰,在MWCNTs表面包覆一层聚多巴胺(PDA)膜用来改性MWCNTs,进一步在其表面还原银纳米粒子(Ag-NPs),得到一种MWCNTs-PDA/Ag复合材料,用来提升低温电子浆料的导热性能.通过对复合材料的微观形貌观察发现,大量的Ag-NPs均匀分布在改性MWCNTs表面,其平均尺寸约为4.27 nm.对添加了MWCNTs-PDA/Ag复合材料的银-环氧树脂低温电子浆料表征分析可知,MWCNTs-PDA/Ag复合材料在银-环氧树脂浆料中分散地更均匀,能更好地串联浆料中的银粉颗粒,使不同位置的银颗粒间增加了更多的导热通道,将电子浆料的导热系数从2.337 W/(m·k)提高到2.940 W/(m·k),热稳定性也有所提高.总的来说,MWCNTs-PDA/Ag复合材料能够提高电子浆料的导热系数,改善低温电子浆料的性能.This paper uses dopamine as a bridge to coat a layer of film on the surface of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),which is used to modify MWCNTs and achieve the reduction growth of silver nanoparticles(Ag-NPs)on its surface.A new type of modified MWCNTs loaded with Ag-NPs for low-temperature electronic paste is obtained.Microscopic observation shows that a large number of Ag-NPs are uniformly distributed on the surface of the modified carbon nanotubes,with an average size of about 4.27 nm.The prepared MWCNTs-PDA/Ag composite is added to the common silver-epoxy paste to prepare a new low-temperature electronic paste.Characterization analysis shows that MWCNTs-PDA/Ag composite is more evenly dispersed in the silver-epoxy resin slurry and can better connect the silver particles in the slurry,adding more interaction channels between the silver particles at different positions.The thermal conductivity of the electronic paste is increased from 2.337 W/(m·k)to 2.940 W/(m·k),which also improves the thermal stability of the electronic paste.In general,MWCNTs-PDA/Ag composite can improve the thermal conductivity and performance of electronic paste.
