摘  要:不透光烟度计滤光片是校准不透光烟度计的计量标准器具,其量值溯源问题日益受到关注。试验使用分光光度计对不透光烟度计滤光片的透射比进行测量,通过人眼明视觉函数加权计算后赋值,根据不透光烟度计滤光片制作工艺和物理特性,从透射比的均匀性、正反向差值以及稳定性等方面来考察其性能。通过对试验数据的分析,表明透射比均匀性、透射比正反向差值不大于0.3%,透射比年变化量不大于0.5%,使用增量反应调整法考察不透光烟度计滤光片稳定性时,建议测试间隔为1年。试验建立的测试项目、测试方法及提出的技术参数为第三方检测机构开展此类设备的测试提供了参考。The opacimeter filter is a standard measuring instrument for calibrating opacimeters,and its traceability has been paid more and more attention.The experiment uses a spectrophotometer to measure the transmittance of opacimeter filters.The value is assigned after the weighted calculation of the human visual function.According to the production process and physical characteristics of opacimeter filters,the uniformity of the transmittance,the difference between the positive and negative sides,and the stability are investigated.The analysis of the test data gave that the uniformity of the transmittance,a transmittance difference of not more than 0.3%in the forward and reverse directions,and the annual variation of the transmittance is not more than 0.5%.The Incremental response adjustment method is used to investigate the stability of opacimeter filters.It is recommended that the test interval is one year.The test items,test methods and technical parameters proposed in the test provide a reference for the third-party testing institutions to carry out the test of such equipment.
