摘  要:采用结晶紫染色法、扫描电镜法观察亚抑菌浓度川银花水煎液对耐药铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜形成的影响,并从整体水平上运用转录组学技术分析耐药铜绿假单胞菌基因表达情况,对差异基因进行功能富集及通路分析.结果显示,转录组测序共筛选出362个差异表达基因,其中下调基因206个,上调基因156个,可为耐药铜绿假单胞菌在临床上感染造成的相关疾病的治疗提供新思路.This study investigated the effect of sub-MICs of Lonicerae similis flos decoctions on the formation of biofilm of clinical drug-resistance pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA).Crystal violet staining and scanning by electron microscopy were applied to observe the effect.And transcriptomics was used to analyze the gene expression of drug-resistance PA at the overall level,and analyze the function enrichment and pathway of these genes.A total of 362 differentially expressed genes were screened by transcriptome sequencing,including 206 down regulated genes and 156 up-regulated genes so as to explore the potential mechanism of sub-MICs of Lonicerae similis flos decoctions inhibiting the biofilm of clinical drug-resistance PA and provide new ideas and a series of references for the treatment of related diseases caused by clinical infection of drug-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa.
