红花黄色素致急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病一例

摘　　要：在近10年文献检索报道中,中成药引起AGEP的案例相继报道,其中以活血化瘀及清热解毒类最为多见,而不良反应中皮肤及其附属器的发生率最高,本文报道一例64岁女性患者静脉滴注注射用红花黄色素5天后全身发生AGEP的病例。The cases of AGEP caused by Chinese medicines had been reported in the past 10 years,among which promoting circulation and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxification were the most common drugs,and the incidence of adverse reactions was the highest in the skin and its appendages.We report a 64-year-old female patient with systemic AGEP after 5 days of intravenous infusion of safflower yellow hormone in this paper.
