摘　　要：黏液水肿性苔藓罕见,本文报道一例。患者,男,53岁。面部及颈背部水肿性丘疹、结节伴痒4年就诊。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮乳头及浅中层胶原稀疏,排列紊乱,其间大量黏液样物质沉积。阿新蓝染色:阳性。Lichen myxedematosus is rare,we report a case in this paper.A 53-year-old male presented with edematous papules and nodules on the face and neck and back accompanied by itching for 4 years.Histopathological findings showed that the epidermis was generally normal,the collagen in the dermal papilla and the superficial middle layer was sparse and disordered,and a large amount of myxoid material was deposited.
