交通基础设施、数字经济与贸易增长--基于西部陆海新通道沿线区域的实证分析

摘　　要：西部陆海新通道建设对我国西部内陆地区扩大开放和贸易增长具有重要意义。选取西部陆海新通道沿线省份2005—2020年地级及以上城市面板数据,利用熵值法构建指标体系,分析交通基础设施对该区域贸易增长的影响。研究发现:交通基础设施建设对西部陆海新通道沿线城市贸易增长具有显著的促进作用,这一结论在变换核心变量、引入工具变量等稳健性检验后依然成立;交通基础设施对区域贸易的影响存在非线性递减和空间溢出的特点;分区域来看,交通基础设施的贸易促进效应在其他城市强于省会城市和直辖市。数字经济具有明显的交通基础设施赋能作用,可强化交通基础设施的贸易促进效应,这一机制在非省会城市和非直辖市更为明显。应把握数字经济赋能规律,推动西部陆海新通道区域交通基础设施建设与数字经济协同发展。The construction of the New Western Land-Sea Route is of great significance to the expansion of opening-up and trade growth in western China.This paper selects panel data of cities above prefecture level in the provinces along the New Western Land-Sea Route from 2005 to 2020,using the entropy value method to construct an index system and investigates the effect of transportation infrastructure on promoting trade growth.The results show that:transportation infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on international trade growth,this conclusion is still valid after robustness tests such as transforming core variables and introducing instrumental variables.Transportation infrastructure has non-linear decreasing and spatial spillover characteristics on regional trade growth.Regional heterogeneity displays that the trade-promotion effect of transportation infrastructure is stronger in non-core cities than in core cities.Digital economy empowered transportation infrastructure and strengthened the trade-promotion effect of it,which works more prominent in non-core cities.The law of digital economy empowerment should be grasped to promote the synergistic development of transportation infrastructure and digital economy in the New Western Land-Sea Route.
