摘  要:目的探讨悬吊训练结合虚拟现实技术训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢功能的影响。方法选取符合实验纳入标准的20例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组干预手段在常规训练的基础上配合悬吊训练结合虚拟现实技术,对照组进行常规康复训练。干预18周后进行粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)、改良Ashworth等级(MAS)评定、Berg平衡量表(BBS)的分析比较。结果经过18周的训练,痉挛型脑瘫患儿GMFM-D区和E区、MAS和BBS功能较训练前均显著改善(P<0.05),实验组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论痉挛型脑瘫患儿在常规训练的基础上增加悬吊训练结合虚拟现实技术显著提高了患儿下肢粗大运动功能能力、下肢肌张力及身体平衡能力,提高了患儿生活质量及日常生活能力水平。Objective To investigate the effect of suspension training combined with virtual reality training on the function of lower limbs in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Twenty cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria of the experiment were selected.The children were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The intervention means of the experimental group was based on conventional training with hanging training combined with virtual reality technology,and the control group was trained with conventional rehabilitation.The analysis of Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM),Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)were compared after 18 weeks of the intervention.Results After 18 weeks of training,GMFM-D and E areas,MAS and BBS functions of children with spastic cerebral palsy significantly improved compared with those before the training(P<0.05),and the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of suspension training combined with virtual reality technology to the conventional training of children with spastic cerebral palsy significantly improved the lower limb gross motor function ability,lower limb muscle tone and body balance ability,and improved the quality of life and daily living ability level of the children.
