摘 要:疲劳裂纹是飞机结构主要损伤,及时识别并预警疲劳裂纹对保障飞机结构安全和完整性具有重要意义,基于银涂层的结构裂纹监测技术对裂纹萌生及小损伤敏感,具有在线、实时特点,应用前景广阔。本文面向飞机结构地面强度试验应用,设计开发了一种阵列式银粉涂层裂纹在线测量与预警系统,首先提出了一种分布式、多通道设计的总体架构,并对系统的软硬件展开了设计。最后对该系统进行了试验验证,结果表明,该系统可以实现对金属疲劳裂纹扩展的及时识别和报警。Fatigue crack is the main damage of aircraft structure.Timely identification and early warning of fatigue crack is of great significance to ensure the safety and integrity of aircraft structure.The structural crack monitoring technology based on silver coating is sensitive to crack initiation and small damage,has online and real-time characteristics,and has broad application prospects.Aiming at the application of aircraft structure ground strength test,this paper designs and develops an array silver powder coating crack online measurement and early warning system.First,a distributed and multi-channel design architecture is proposed,and the software and hardware of the system are designed.Finally,the system is verified by experiments.The results show that the system can realize the timely identification and alarm of metal fatigue crack growth.
