摘　　要：本文归纳固体绝缘材料领域介电击穿电压测试中绝缘油遇到的典型案例,深入总结分析了油品杂质、气泡、气体、水分、油品的老化等因素对绝缘油耐压强度测试结果的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。探索性的使用恒温测试方法提高绝缘油的耐压等级。This paper summarizes the typical cases of insulating oil in the dielectric breakdown voltage test in the field of solid insulating materials,deeply summarizes and analyzes the influence of oil impurities,bubbles,gases,moisture,oil aging and other factors on the test results of insulating oil withstand strength,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.Exploratory use of constant temperature test method to improve the withstand voltage level of insulating oil.
