热带海岛电气设备金属腐蚀因素与规律特点研究

摘　　要：电气设备在热带海岛的“高温、高湿、高盐”环境条件下的金属腐蚀问题异常突出,通过对海南省西沙区某典型热带海岛电气设备服役现状开展调研和环境条件等级监测,对热带海岛户内外设备腐蚀特点和环境条件等级进行评价,分析多因素交互影响下的腐蚀影响因素及其规律特点,并针对性提出热带海岛环境电气设备金属腐蚀防护技术要求与建议。The metal corrosion problem of electrical equipment in the tropical island is extremely prominent under the environmental conditions of“high temperature,high humidity and high salt”.Through the investigation of the service status of electrical equipment in a typical tropical island in Xisha District of Hainan Province and the monitoring of environmental condition grade,the corrosion characteristics and environmental condition grade of indoor and outdoor equipment in the tropical island are evaluated.The influencing factors and rules of corrosion under the interaction of multiple factors were analyzed,and the technical requirements and suggestions for metal corrosion protection of electrical equipment in tropical island environment were put forward.
