摘  要:本文针对外场机载某系统电源单元保险丝烧毁问题,实测出相应的国产化和非国产化射频功放模块的启动冲击电流波形。从电压、电流、环境温度,脉冲能量、脉冲循环承受能力等几个方面对保险丝烧毁机理进行分析。文章提出了一种机载设备过流导致保险丝烧毁分析方法,从瞬态能量与稳态电流两方面考虑,对不同熔断器参数进行理论计算,与国产化和非国产化冲击电流的能量值进行对比分析。此方法指导了电路设计中保险丝选型,具有一定的应用推广价值。This paper is focused on the problem that the fuse burning in the power unit of an airborne system in the field.Compare the impact impulse current waveform of domestic and non-domestic RF power amplifier modules in power supply unit through actual measurement.The mechanism of fuse burning is analyzed from the aspects of voltage,current,ambient temperature,pulse energy,pulse cycle endurance,etc.A method of analyzing the over current of airborne equipment causes the fuse to burn is proposed.Considering the transient energy and steady-state current,different fuse parameters are calculated theoretically,and the energy value of domestic and non-domestic impulse current is compared and analyzed.This method guides the selection of fuse in circuit design and has a certain value of application and popularization.
