摘　　要：本文通过分析永磁直流电机的电磁与机械噪声产生的机理并提出了相关改善措施。提出一种斜面电刷降低永磁直流电机换向器与电刷摩擦噪声的方案,并验证了该方案。试验结果表明,斜面电刷对降低噪声有着显著的效果,最终达到智能晾衣机的噪声标准。This paper analyzes electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise of permanent magnet DC motor and puts forward relevant improvement solutions.A solution of reducing the friction sound between commutator and eletric brush of permanent magnet DC motor with beveled electric brush is proposed and validated.The test results show that the beveled electric brush has obvious effect on reducing noise,and finally reaches the noise standard of the intelligent hanger.
