摘　　要：介绍了D_(26B)型落下孔车的基本结构:主要由承载框架、中底架、小底架3层车体部分,以及液压旁承装置部分、转向架部分、钩缓制动部分等组成。结合该车超长、超大、多层结构特点,设计了车辆段修工艺流程;识别车辆分解、整车落成等工序为检修重难点工序,综合车辆运用过程中可能出现的顶升油管与顶升油缸连接处漏油、顶升油缸顶升不起、制动管系漏风、操作人员登车作业时因制动管系无防护装置容易踩踏制动支管造成制动管裂纹断裂或漏泄等问题,研究制定了相应的检修工艺,保证车辆检修质量及运行安全。This paper briefly described the basic structure of D_(26B) type well-hole car,which mainly consisted of three-layer body parts(load-bearing frame,mid-chassis,small chassis),and hydraulic bypass device,bogie,slow hook braking,etc.Based on the characteristics of super-long,super-large and multilayer structure,the process flow of depot repair was designed.Identifying vehicle decomposition,completing vehicle completion were the difficult procedures for overhaul.Combine the problems that may occur during vehicle operation,such as oil leakage at the connection between lifting pipe and lifting cylinder,lifting problem of lifting cylinder,air leakage of brake pipe system,crack breakage or leakage of brake pipe caused by brake branch pipe easily stepped on by unprotected brake pipe system during boarding operation of operators.Corresponding overhaul process was studied to ensure the quality of vehicle maintenance and operation safety.
