摘　　要：安源路矿工人消费合作社是中国共产党成立之初注重调节工人消费生活并实行经济领导的重要表现。在组织安源工人运动的过程中,中国共产党高度重视工人经济利益与消费生活,通过创建、改组、扩充、整顿消费合作社,为安源路矿工人提供了便宜的消费物资和货币兑换服务;同时不断加强党对消费合作社的经济领导,推动消费合作社的制度建设。虽然初创的消费合作社受到外部军事政治力量的干扰和内部管理不善的影响,但从其发展过程来看,中国共产党已经建立起一套行之有效的消费合作社经营与管理制度,在工人运动中发挥了重要作用。整体而言,安源路矿工人消费合作社致力于将工人日常消费生活与工人运动、革命斗争相结合,为中国共产党管理经济组织并加强经济领导提供了重要的历史经验,也成为中国共产党独立自主探索消费合作社发展道路的开端。The Anyuan Railway and Coal Miners Consumption Cooperatives was an important manifestation of the CPC's emphasis on adjusting workers'consumption life and implementing economic leadership at the beginning of its establishment.In the process of organizing the Anyuan Workers'Movement,the CPC attached great importance to the economic interests and workers'consumption life.By creating,reorganizing,expanding and rectifying consumption cooperatives,it provided cheap consumer goods and currency exchange services for Anyuan railway and coal miners,it also continuously strengthened the CPCs economic leadership over cooperatives and promoted the institutional construction of the cooperatives.Although the newly founded Anyuan Railway and Coal Miners Consumption Cooperatives was interfered by external military and political forces and affected by poor internal management,from the perspective of its development process,the CPC had begun to establish a set of operation and management systems in the workers'movement,which played an important role in the workers'movement.On the whole,the leadership of the CPC over the Anyuan Railway and Coal Miners Consumption Cooperatives was committed to combining workers'daily consumption life with workers'movement and revolutionary struggle,providing important historical experience for the CPC to manage economic organizations and strengthen economic leadership,and also becoming the beginning to explore the development path of consumer cooperatives independently.
