摘 要:对现有真耳内置传声器测量系统进行校正,并评定其不确定度。通过分析真耳内置传声器测量系统测试传声器和参考传声器两个传声器在不放入耳道内时的差别,取二者的差值为修正值,对检测结果进行校正。从重复性、偏移、设备误差、再现性、稳定性等方面分析真耳内置传声器测量系统不确定度来源,对测量系统进行不确定度评定。并将真耳内置传声器测量系统用于检测耳塞实际佩戴效果,经验证校正后能满足实际检测需要,并测定此测量系统的合成标准不确定度为1.40 dB,扩展不确定度为2.80 dB。说明此测量系统能够针对不同个体差异检测入耳式耳塞的插入损失,避免护听器达不到防护效果,影响作业人员身心健康,同时为提高测量系统的可靠性和有效性提供依据。To calibrate the measurement system with microphone in real ear and evaluate the uncertainty of measurement.The difference between the test microphone and the reference microphone is analyzed when they are not placed in the ear canal,and the difference between the two microphones was taken as the correction value to correct the test result.Analyze the source of uncertainty of the measurement system with microphone in real ear from the aspects of repeatability,deviation,equipment errors,reproducibility and stability,and evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement system.The measurement system with microphone in real ear is used for the actual wearing effect of earplugs,which can meet the actual detection needs after correction by the calculation formula.The combined standard uncertainty of this measurement system is 1.40 dB,and the expanded uncertainty is 2.80 dB.It shows that the measurement system with microphone in real ear could detect the insertion loss of earplugs according to different individual differences,so as to avoid the effect of hearing protector can’t reaching the protective effect,which may affect the physical and mental health of operators,and provide a basis for improving the reliability and effectiveness of the measurement system.
