摘 要:修补材料与混凝土基体之间界面的高质量黏结是确保成功修复的关键.然而,影响界面黏结强度的因素有很多,该文分别从界面处理方法、基体水分含量、界面剂、修补材料和浇筑成型方向等方面进行综述.此外,还描述了不同应力状态下的界面黏结强度的测试方法.研究结果表明:选择合适的界面处理方法、黏结剂和修补材料可以有效提高界面黏结强度.基体为饱和面干状态时,有助于其与修补材料之间的黏结.此外,测试方法也显著影响了界面黏结强度.A superior quality bond at the interface between repair material and concrete substrate is essential for ensuring the successful repair.However,there are many factors that affect the interfacial bond strength.This paper presents a review of the interface treatment method,moisture content of the substrate,adhesive bonding agent,repair material,and casting direction,respectively.Furthermore,the test methods to determine interfacial bond strength under various stress states are also described.The studies show that a proper selection of interface treatment,bonding agent,and repair material can effectively improve interfacial bond strength.It can contribute to the adhesion between substrate and repair material while the substrate is saturated surface dry.In addition,the interfacial bond strength was significantly affected by the test methods.
