摘 要:针对寺河煤矿掘进巷道过地质构造带期间的防突问题,采用区域措施孔、千米定向拦截钻孔、普通探测孔以及工作面预测孔等方式,探明了掘进前方煤层赋存情况,并采用千米定向拦截钻孔、普通探测孔以及工作面预测孔扩孔措施,强化瓦斯抽采和煤体卸压。通过采取该方案,将工作面残余瓦斯含量降低到6.0 m 3/t以下,工作面预测指标K 1最大值为0.35 mL/(g·min^(1/2)),钻屑量S最大值为3.6 kg/m,工作面瓦斯浓度最大为0.3%,回风流瓦斯浓度最大为0.37%,保证了掘进巷道过构造带期间的安全生产。In view of outburst prevention during tunneling through geological structure zone in Sihe Coal Mine,the methods of regional measure hole,kilometer directional interception drilling hole,common detection hole and face prediction hole are adopted,this paper probes into the existing situation of coal seam in front of driving,and adopts the measures of directional interception drilling,common detection hole and prediction hole reaming in working face to strengthen gas extraction and coal body pressure relief.By adopting this scheme,the residual gas content in the working face can be reduced to less than 6.0 m^(3)/t,the maximum value of the prediction index K 1 in the working face is 0.35 mL/(g·min^(1/2)),and the maximum value of the drilling S cuttings is 3.6 kg/m,the maximum gas concentration in working face is 0.3%,and the maximum gas concentration in return air flow is 0.37%,which ensures the safety production during the tunnel driving through the structural zone.
