摘  要:为有效解决生产过程中的瓦斯超限问题,以潞安集团余吾煤矿为例,采用数值模拟的方法研究高瓦斯煤层内气体的运移规律,计算煤层瓦斯分布随抽采时间的变化,建立了不同抽采率条件下抽采时间与有效抽采半径之间的关系,分析了抽采前期和后期瓦斯压力降低幅度大小以及降低钻孔瓦斯压力影响范围随着抽采时间的变化规律。研究对指导煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔的优化布置具有重要的意义,根据预抽时间合理布置钻孔间距,能够有效降低煤层的瓦斯浓度,减小高瓦斯煤层生产过程中瓦斯超限的可能。In order to effectively solve the problem of gas overrun in the production process,taking Yuwu Coal Mine of Lu'an Chemical Group as an example,the law of gas migration in the high gas coal seam is studied by numerical simulation,the change of gas distribution in the coal seam with the extraction time is calculated,and the relationship between the extraction time and the effective extraction radius under different extraction rates is established.The magnitude of gas pressure reduction in the early and late stages of drainage and the variation of the influence range of reducing the gas pressure in the borehole with the drainage time are analyzed.The research is of great significance to guide the optimal layout of coal seam gas extraction boreholes.Reasonable arrangement of borehole spacing according to the pre drainage time can effectively reduce the gas concentration in the coal seam and reduce the possibility of gas overrun in the production process of high gas seam.
