摘 要:为了提高新能源汽车制动系统电动真空泵匹配的准确性,该文推导了电动真空泵的最小真空度计算公式,针对具体车型进行了数值计算。结合连续制动对管路液压强度的要求,分析了连续制动工况下真空泵所需真空度的匹配方法,随后研究了真空罐体积与真空泵抽速的关系,计算了罐体大小与所需真空泵抽速的匹配曲线。最后搭建整车制动系统仿真模型,结合前述真空泵所需真空度、罐体体积与抽速等参数,从制动液压输出和踏板感2方面分析了真空泵启停真空度的标定方法,并引入算例仿真计算,获得了最优解。结果显示,真空泵能够满足2种制动工况的要求。真空泵的工作真空度对助力器的始动力有一定影响,工作真空度越大,助力器始动力越小。真空度不影响助力器的助力比特性。真空罐体积大小对真空泵的需求抽速有重要影响,并呈现非线性关系。真空泵的启动真空度对制动管路压力输出大小和踏板感有较大影响。In order to improve the accuracy of electric vacuum pump matching for new energy vehicles,a formula is derived for calculating the minimum vacuum degree of an electric vacuum pump,and numerical calculations for specific vehicle types are performed.Combining the requirements of continuous braking on the hydraulic strength of pipelines,the matching method for the vacuum degree required by the vacuum pump under continuous braking conditions is analyzed.Subsequently,the relationship between the volume of the vacuum tank and the pumping speed of the vacuum pump is studied,and the matching curve between the tank size and the required pumping speed of the vacuum pump is calculated numerically.Finally,a simulation model of the entire vehicle braking system is established.Combining the parameters such as the vacuum degree required by the vacuum pump,the tank volume,and the pumping speed,the calibration method of the vacuum degree for starting and stopping the vacuum pump is analyzed from both the brake hydraulic output and the pedal sensation.An example simulation calculation is introduced to obtain the optimal solution.The results show that the vacuum pump can meet the requirements of two braking conditions.The working vacuum degree of the vacuum pump has a certain impact on the starting power of the booster.The higher the working vacuum degree,the smaller the starting power of the booster.The vacuum degree does not affect the assist ratio characteristics of the booster.The volume size of the vacuum tank has a significant impact on the required pumping speed of the vacuum pump and exhibits a non-linear relationship.The starting vacuum degree of the vacuum pump has a significant impact on the pressure output of the brake pipeline and pedal sensation.
