摘 要:文章主要研究目的为车用燃料电池堆在实际道路工况下的振动响应特性及台架试验验证方法的搭建,因此,基于实车采集了燃料电池堆在试验场8种强化坏路下的振动谱,分别计算了各路面对应的疲劳损伤谱,进而依据Miner损伤准则以及该车燃料电池堆的振动耐久目标,得到了台架等效耐久试验需要的随机振动功率密度谱,在台架上可等效模拟8种试验场强化坏路每轴108 h的振动耐久试验。同时,为了达到进一步加速试验的目的,文章将每轴振动耐久试验时长压缩至最低33 h,且台架加速耐久试验的功率密度谱产生的极限响应谱整体小于8种试验场强化坏路的冲击响应谱的最大响应谱,且保证燃料电池堆在开展台架加速耐久试验时,不会产生不切实际的高负荷载荷。因此,该研究提出了一种可以在台架上进行车载工况的振动研究,可以有效的缩减试验时间。The main research purpose of this paper is to establish the vibration response characteristics of vehicle fuel cell stacks under actual road conditions and the bench test verification method.Therefore,based on the actual vehicle,the vibration spectra of fuel cell stacks under eight kinds of strengthened bad roads in the test site are collected,and the corresponding fatigue damage spectra of each road surface are calculated respectively.Then,according to Miner damage criterion and the vibration durability target of the vehicle fuel cell stack,the random vibration power density spectrum required by the bench equivalent durability test is obtained,and the 108 h vibration durability test of each axle of eight test sites can be equivalent simulated on the bench.At the same time,in order to achieve the purpose of further accelerated test,the duration of vibration durability test of each axle is compressed to the minimum of 33 h in this paper,and the limit response spectrum generated by power density spectrum of accelerated durability test bench is less than the maximum response spectrum of shock response spectrum of eight test sites,and it is ensured that the fuel cell stack will not produce unrealistic high load when conducting accelerated durability test bench.Therefore,this study proposes a vibration study that can be carried out on the bench under the vehicle working condition,which can effectively reduce the test time.
