摘  要:由于800V高电压平台成为电车发展的趋势,电车用电加热技术更迭升级,薄膜电加热技术前景广阔。文章通过电阻丝、正温度系数热敏电阻(PTC)、厚膜、薄膜四种车用电加热技术路线的比较,针对头部车用电加热器供应商的市场调研,指出薄膜电加热技术的发展潜力与发展瓶颈。目前PTC加热技术市场成熟度高,薄膜厚膜加热技术属于新技术,但随着800 V高电压平台成为行业未来趋势,薄膜厚膜加热技术的优势凸显,完全有成为下一个主流加热技术的可能。Due to the trend of 800 V high voltage platform becoming the development of electric vehicles,electric heating technology for electric vehicles has been constantly upgraded,and thin film electric heating technology has broad prospects.This paper compares four types of automotive electric heating technology routes:resistance wire,positive temperature coefficient(PTC),thick film,and thin film,and conducts market research on leading automotive electric heater suppliers.It points out the development potential and existing bottlenecks of thin film electric heating technology.At present,the positive temperature coefficient(PTC)heating technology market is highly mature,and thin film thick film heating technology is a new technology.However,with the 800 V high voltage platform becoming the future trend in the industry,the advantages of thin film thick film heating technology are prominent,and it is fully possible to become the next mainstream heating technology.
