摘　　要：目的评价不同浓度异氟烷对小鼠老化过程中常规超声心动图及斑点追踪成像所测参数的影响。方法选取鼠龄为3周、3个月、6个月及20个月的C57BL/6小鼠,应用Vevo 2100高频率超声心动仪观察不同浓度异氟烷麻醉对小鼠常规心功能参数,包括左室后壁收缩期厚度(LVPWTs)、左室后壁舒张期厚度(LVPWTd)、左室舒张期末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩期末内径(LVESD)、LVEF、左室短轴缩短率(FS)以及斑点追踪所测长轴应变(LS)及应变率(LSr)的影响。结果3周、3个月和6个月龄小鼠在1%及2%异氟烷麻醉下,LVPWTd、LVPWTs、LVEDD、LVESD、EF、FS、LS及LSr未见明显差异(P>0.05);20个月龄小鼠在1%及2%异氟烷麻醉下,LVPWTs、LVEDD、LVESD、EF、FS、LS及LSr存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于老龄小鼠,予以1%异氟烷麻醉对小鼠心功能影响较小。Objective To investigate the effects of isoflurane on conventional as well as speckle tracking echocardiographic(STE)parameters using mouse model of aging.Methods C57BL/6 mice aged 3 weeks,3 months,6 months and 20 months old were enrolled in this study.The Vevo 2100 echocardiographic system was applied.The conventional and STE parameters including left ventricular posterior wall thickness at systolic stage and diastolic stage(LVPWTs,LVPWTd),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular short axis fractional shortening(FS),longitudinal strain(LS)and strain rate(LSr)under 1%and 2%isoflurane anesthesia were compared.Results The levels of LVPWTd,LVPWTs,LVEF,FS,LS and LSr remained unchanged under 1%and 2%isoflurane anesthesia in 3 weeks,3 months,and 6 months old mice(P>0.05).While the levels of LVPWTs,LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,FS,LS and LSr were significantly reduced,and the levels of LVEDD,LVESD were significantly increased under 2%than those under 1%isoflurane anesthesia in 20 months old mice(P<0.05).Conclusions 1%isoflurane anesthesia shows weak effects on the cardiac function in aging mice.
