润肺止咳汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能指标、炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨润肺止咳汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能指标、炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年3月本院收治的98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,以抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用润肺止咳汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果用药4周后,两组的日、夜间咳嗽程度评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平均低于用药前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药4周后,两组的哮喘患儿生命质量调查问卷(PAQLQ)各维度评分、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平均高于用药前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05)。结论润肺止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果显著,可有效缓解患儿咳嗽症状,减轻炎性反应,提升肺功能,改善生命质量和血清总IgE水平。Objective To explore the effects of Runfei Zhike decoction on pulmonary function indexes and inflammatory factors levels in children with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 98 children with cough variant asthma admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Runfei Zhike decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 4 weeks of medication,the daily and night cough severity scores,interleukin-6(IL-6)and total serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels of both groups were lower than those before medication,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of medication,the scores of all dimensions of Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAQLQ),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC and interleukin-2(IL-2)level in both groups were higher than those before medication,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Runfei Zhike decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma has a significant effect,it can effectively relieve cough symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,and improve pulmonary function,life quality and total serum IgE level.
