摘 要:鸭疫里默氏杆菌感染是危害水禽业最为严重的细菌传染性病之一,为了解徐州地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的流行病学现状,本研究对该市的病死鸭进行了鸭疫里默氏杆菌的分离和多重PCR方法鉴定,并对分离获得的28株鸭疫里默氏杆菌进行了血清型鉴定、药敏试验以及致病性的动物回归试验。结果显示:本研究从徐州地区分离的28株鸭疫里默氏杆菌血清2型所占比例最高;药敏试验结果显示分离菌株对常用的27种抗生素具有不同的耐药性和敏感性,其中对卡那霉素和庆大霉素耐药性最强,且多重耐药性严重。动物回归试验表明经1×10^(7)CFU/羽攻毒后,14株鸭疫里默氏杆菌分离株均引起了雏鸭不同程度致死,并且其中11株鸭疫里默氏杆菌分离株引起雏鸭致死率大于或等于50%。总之,徐州地区分离到的鸭疫里默氏杆菌分离株以血清2型和多重耐药性为主,且有不同程度的致病性。Riemerella anatipestifer is one of the most severe bacterial diseases in water poultry industry.To investigate the prevalence of R.anatipestifer in Xuzhou city,bacterial isolation was performed for samples collected from moribund or dead ducks and identification by multiple polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Total 28 R.anatipestifer isolates were obtained and characterized for their main serotypes,drug resistance and pathogenicity.The results showed that most of the isolates belonged to the serotype 2.These isolates had varying drug resistance to 27 commonly used antibiotics,of which were kanamycin and gentamicin and even multi-drug resistance was serious.Animal regression experiments showed that 14 isolates were pathogenic to ducklings at infection dose of 1×10^(7)CFU/duck,and the death rate of 11 RA isolates were equal to or greater than 50%.In conclusion,R.anatipestifer strains isolated in Xuzhou city area were mainly serotype 2,multi-drug resistant and pathogenic.
